Our property development team has expertise in master-planning, feasibility analysis, building design and tenancy fit-outs and leasing.

Our property management team focuses on relationships with tenants and generating consistent returns for landlords.

EXECUTIVE TEAM

Peter Robbie

DIRECTOR | SPECIAL PROJECTS

Peter is one of Graystone's founders and has held a leadership role in the property industry for over 35 years. He has designed and delivered over 150 commercial and industrial projects in Australia and New Zealand with a combined value in excess of $1.8B. In more recent years he has focussed on master planning business and technology precincts and mentoring development executives within the Queensland property industry.

Kirsty Heymink

DIRECTOR | DEVELOPMENTS & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Kirsty has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, most recently as the director of Milestone Property Management, an entity established under her management which now boasts a portfolio of over 45 properties and 190 tenants. As the director of Developments, Kirsty's main areas of focus include overseeing the development activities of the division and investigating (then negotiating) new development opportunities.

Bruce Loxton

DIRECTOR | PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Bruce has over 30 years’ experience in senior management roles in the construction industry. He has completed a wide range of projects including high rise commercial, laboratory, industrial, infrastructure and civil works projects.

Bruce Anderson

DIRECTOR | FINANCE

A CPA for over 20 years, Bruce joined Graystone following 10 years in senior finance roles with integrated property company St Hilliers. Bruce has had broad exposure to many aspects of property, from contracting and property development, through to funds management and investment.
