In 2013, Stronghold was created to better harness the IP being generated by Graystone’s Build-Own-Operate activities, leveraging the relationship to plan and execute targeted investment strategies.

Since its inception a decade ago, Stronghold has launched 15 investment vehicles and currently has over $280 million in assets under management.

is a multi-asset open-ended wholesale fund which invests in direct property (real property), indirect property (unlisted property trusts which invest in real property), and a percentage of liquid investments (ASX listed A-REITs and cash deposits).

The strategy behind Stronghold Precincts Property Fund has been to acquire assets to create high-yielding suburban business precincts across south-east Queensland. The success of our multi-tenanted business park assets can be measured in both sustainable investor returns, and in the revitalisation of suburban communities and the amenities they offer to people who live and work in them
